Our Local Governance programme promotes one of the most sustainable forms of development- self-governance.  Grampari facilitates leadership development through trainings in Panchayat Raj institutions, values trainings and community building.

Sarpanch Leadership Training

At our last training, sarpanches from over 35 villages including newly elected  woman sarpanch participated and pledged to developing their village through committed, ethical leadership.

Kids Camp

Grampari hosts youth camps to foster ethical behaviour and build tomorrow’s leaders.  The children come from diverse backgrounds, including orphanages, blind schools, urban and rural areas.
